All content on the diorph platform — including but not limited to the diorph brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, software, and game content supplied by diorph's provider partners — is the exclusive intellectual property of diorph Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, published, scraped, downloaded in bulk, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of diorph.

You may close your diorph account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided no outstanding disputes or investigations are pending.

If regulatory escalation does not resolve the dispute, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceedings in Philippine courts.
